Greetings!
The trip to the Philippines Deaf Conference went very well! I was blessed to meet many Deaf brothers and sisters from Europe, Asia, and the Pacific. The purpose of the conference was for Deaf Ministries International to share reports and ministry activities from Africa, Asia, and the Pacific with their supporters. Deaf Ministries International has partnered with Wycliffe Associates in the past, and I was honored to be invited to attend.
My colleague and I had the opportunity to give a presentation about our ministry program. Many Deaf and hearing attendees were amazed about this work. Several leaders from Asian countries showed their interest in hosting Symbols Bible workshops in the future. Please pray that these opportunities will happen and help more Deaf people gain access to God’s Word.
